The Altinbas University, established in 2008 by the Altinbas Education and Culture Foundation under the name “Istanbul Kemerburgaz University”, continues its journey under the name “Altinbas University” after changing its name in 2017.
Altinbas University, which admitted its first students in the academic year 2011-2012, rapidly advanced to become an international research university with the achievements it attained in a short period.

Altinbas University, which comprises 10 faculties, one institute of higher education, and three schools, continues education with a total of 26 undergraduate programs, 11 bachelor’s degrees, 60 master’s programs, and 13 doctoral programs.

Registration for the undergraduate program:
The university allows registration for the undergraduate program once a year, during the fall semester. The registration period lasts for five months, from the fifth month to the ninth month, with the possibility of extending the registration period until the beginning of the tenth month.
Registration for the master’s and doctoral programs:
The university provides two registration opportunities per year for the master’s and doctoral programs:
1. Fall Semester: Registration begins from the fifth month to the ninth month, with the possibility of extension until the tenth month.
2. Spring Semester: Registration begins from the tenth month to the end of the first month, and the study commences in the second month.
The Dormitory in Altınbaş University offers multiple choices for single, double rooms and rooms for three, four, six or eight Students. Additionally, the building contains kitchens, laundry facilities, Television room, computer and study rooms, cafeteria, internet cafe, guests room and others. There are two types of food programs provided, one with three meals and the other with one.
